Q1. Are all your products handmade?

Yes, all our physical products are lovingly handcrafted by skilled women artisans from Mithila using traditional methods and eco-friendly materials.

Q2. Why do some products have slight variations or imperfections?

Slight variations in shape, color, texture, or finish are natural in handmade items, especially in paper mache and hand-painted work. These are not defects but signs of human touch, making each piece truly one-of-a-kind.

Orders and Shipping

Q1. How long does shipping take?

We usually dispatch orders within 3–5 business days. Delivery takes 5–10 business days, depending on your location in India.

Q2. Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we only ship physical products within India. However, digital products can be purchased and downloaded worldwide.

Q3. Is there free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹599.

Digital Products

Q1. What are digital products?

These are downloadable files, such as printable wall art, coloring pages, and workbooks that you can print at home. No physical item will be shipped.

Q2. How do I access my digital purchase?

A download link will be available on the order confirmation page and sent to your email immediately after successful payment.

Q3. Can I return or exchange digital items?

No. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. However, if you face any issues with your file, we’re happy to help.

Returns and Exchange

Q1. What is your return policy?

We accept returns/exchanges for damaged, defective, or incorrect items only. Contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos.

Q2. Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are issued only if a replacement isn't available or in case of duplicate payments. Digital items are non-refundable.

Payments

Q1. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major debit/credit cards, UPI, and wallets via our secure payment gateway.

Q2. Can I pay Cash on Delivery?

We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery. All orders must be prepaid.
