Q1. Are all your products handmade?
Yes, all our physical products are lovingly handcrafted by skilled women artisans from Mithila using traditional methods and eco-conscious materials.
Q2. Why do some products have slight variations or imperfections?
Slight variations in shape, color, texture, or finish are natural in handmade items, especially in paper mache and hand-painted work. These are not defects but signs of human touch, making each piece truly one-of-a-kind.
Orders and Shipping
Q1. How long does shipping take?
We usually dispatch orders within 3–5 business days. Delivery takes 5–10 business days, depending on your location in India.
Q2. Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship physical products within India. However, digital products can be purchased and downloaded worldwide.
Q3. Is there free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹799.
Digital Products
Q1. What are digital products?
These are downloadable files, such as printable wall art, coloring pages, and workbooks that you can print at home. No physical item will be shipped.
Q2. How do I access my digital purchase?
A download link will be available on the order confirmation page and sent to your email immediately after successful payment.
Q3. Can I return or exchange digital items?
No. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. However, if you face any issues with your file, we’re happy to help.
Returns and Exchange
Q1. What is your return policy?
We accept returns/exchanges for damaged, defective, or incorrect items only. Contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos.
Q2. Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are issued only if a replacement isn't available or in case of duplicate payments. Digital items are non-refundable.
Payments
Q1. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit/credit cards, UPI, and wallets via our secure payment gateway.
Q2. Can I pay Cash on Delivery?
We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery. All orders must be prepaid.
Custom Orders
Q1. Can I get a custom design or motif on the product?
Yes! We accept custom orders where you can choose your preferred motif, color palette, or art style. Custom designs are available on select products. Please DM us or contact us directly to discuss your requirements before placing an order.
Q2. Can I get my name, logo, or message added to the product?
Yes, we offer personalisation options including names, initials, and brand logos for bulk and custom orders. This makes our products especially popular for corporate gifting and wedding favours. Contact us with your requirements for a quote.
Q3. How long does a custom order take?
Custom orders typically take 10-20 business days depending on the complexity of the design and order quantity. We will confirm the exact timeline once we understand your requirements.
Q4. Is there a minimum quantity for custom orders?
Custom orders are available for both single pieces and bulk quantities. However, for logo or branding customization, a minimum order quantity may apply. Please get in touch with us for details.
Q5. Can I request a specific color combination?
Absolutely. Since every piece is hand-painted, we can work with your preferred color palette. Do note that slight variations are natural in handcrafted products and are part of their charm.
Q6. Can I see a sample or prototype before placing a large custom order?
Yes, we can arrange a sample piece for approval before proceeding with bulk production. Sample charges may apply and will be adjusted against your final order value.

Q1. Do you accept bulk orders?
Yes, we welcome bulk orders for weddings, festivals, corporate gifting, retail, and export. Our products are popular as return gifts, hamper additions, and branded merchandise. Contact us with your quantity and requirements for a customized quote.
Q2. Is there a discount on bulk orders?
Yes, we offer volume-based pricing on bulk orders. The discount depends on the product, quantity, and customization requirements. Please reach out to us directly for a bulk pricing quote.
Q3. What is the minimum order quantity for bulk orders?
Minimum order quantities vary by product. Please contact us with the product you are interested in and your required quantity and we will share the best available pricing.
Q4. How long does it take to fulfil a bulk order?
Bulk order timelines depend on quantity and customization. Standard bulk orders typically take 20-30 business days. We recommend placing your order well in advance for weddings and festive occasions to avoid delays.
Q5. Do you offer packaging options for bulk gifting?
Yes, we offer gift-ready packaging options including kraft boxes, tissue wrapping, and custom printed packaging for bulk orders. Packaging costs are additional and depend on the type and quantity selected.
Q6. Can I mix different products in one bulk order?
Yes, mixed bulk orders are welcome. You can combine different products such as coasters, keepsake boxes, trays, and magnets in a single order. This is especially popular for curated gift hampers.
Q7. Do you ship bulk orders across India?
Yes, we ship pan India. For large bulk orders we also arrange freight shipping.
Q8. Can you provide an invoice for bulk orders for business purposes?
Yes, we provide GST invoices for all bulk orders. Please share your GSTIN at the time of placing the order.
