How do I get my digital file after I buy it?

As soon as your payment goes through, you’ll get a download link, either right on the order confirmation page or sent to your email. Just save it to your phone or laptop and you’re set.

What if I don't receive my download link?

First, peek into your spam or promotions folder. Still nothing after 15-20 minutes? Drop us a message with your order number and we’ll get the file to you directly.

Can I download the file more than once?

Yes! If your device crashes, you switch phones, or you simply misplace the file, just go back to your order confirmation email and click the link again. (If the link has expired on WooCommerce’s end, message us and we’ll resend it.

What format will my file be in?

Most of our digital downloads — coloring sheets, art prints — come as high-resolution PDFs, ready to print at home or at a local print shop. If a specific product uses a different format, it’ll be mentioned right on the product page.

Can I print my digital download?

Of course, that’s exactly what it’s made for! Print it on regular paper for a quick coloring session, or use thicker cardstock/photo paper if you want it gallery-ready for framing.

Can I print multiple copies for personal use?

Yes, feel free to print as many copies as you’d like for yourself, your kids, or to color along with friends and family at home.

Can I sell or share the file itself?

Please don’t resell, redistribute, or share the digital file itself (as a file) with others, even for free. Each purchase is for personal, one-household use only. If you want to gift it to someone else, just point them to our shop so they can grab their own copy!

Can I use the artwork for commercial purposes, like selling printed products or social content?

Our digital downloads are for personal use (printing for yourself, gifting a printed copy, personal social posts crediting Mithila Melange). If you’re looking to use the artwork commercially (for resale, business branding, or large-scale printing), please reach out to us first. We’re often open to custom licensing, we just want to chat about it.

Are digital products eligible for refunds?

Since digital files are delivered instantly and can’t be “returned” the way a physical product can, we’re unable to offer refunds once the download link has been sent, except in cases where the file is corrupted, missing, or doesn’t match what was advertised. If anything looks off, message us right away and we’ll sort it out.

Do I need any special software to use the files?

A regular PDF viewer is all you need. No design software required.
